A Little Boy Who Changed So Much
Tate Walker was the beloved son of Ryan and Jahavier Walker. Born blind, Tate faced medical challenges from the very beginning of his young life.
Family, friends, and members of the community came together to support Tate and his family. What would eventually become Tate's Punkin Patch began as a fundraiser to help with Tate's medical needs.
Tate passed away at just 18 months old, but the love that surrounded him—and the impact his short life had on those who knew him—did not end there.
His family wanted the kindness shown to Tate to continue helping other children facing medical needs.
And from that love, Tate's Punkin Patch found a new purpose.
